Collab with the crew from Sarajevo's Pi and Brko breweries! We drew a nice parallel between Trebević, the beer style, and Balkan reality – unloading firewood for winter is best done on the hottest summer day right in the middle of Sarajevo, blocking all traffic in the process ;). "Log, stack, and two smoking sliders" is a New Zealand IPA with 6.1% ABV and 60 IBU, where the bitterness hits solidly, but not overly so.
