Hibernation
IPA - Imperial / Double New England
7.5% vol 30 IBU
Hibernation is over - the time of hoppiness is coming!
The hops can finally show what they know when hibernation is over. Azacca, Galaxy, Idaho 7, and Citra have hibernated in their capsules for a long time, and then they woke up and threw all their freshness into this liquid.
