First in the series… and damn right the sourest one too!
The Fruit Expo series kicked off with exactly this beer — our first real jump into fruit beers, and we dumped in so much lime that it turned into a proper citrus bomb. Using the kettle sour technique, we pulled out that clean, refreshing tartness; it's light (4.6%), hazy yellow, and drinks like water — especially on scorching hot days. And yeah, this one's the most popular piece in the whole series!
